By purchasing a site with the hosting plan, you are committing to a year of hosting. It’s up to you whether you’d like to pay by month or save money by paying annually.
If you signed up for website setup + hosting, there is no need to worry about maintenance! We will handle all plugin updates, backups, and security monitoring for you. If you purchase the Elementor template, you will be responsible for keeping the plugins on your website up-to-date along with all setup.
Yes! We consider our support a major benefit to our hosting over the big box companies. If you are hosting with us and have a question, or have a design related question, we’d love to help. Send us an email and we will help you out within 24 hours Monday – Friday. If you have a technical question around a plugin such as Elementor, WooCommerce, etc, please contact their support.
Please allow up to three days for a site migration. We’ll let you know when it’s all set up successfully.
No, there shouldn’t be any downtime.
Not a problem! We actually prefer you to set it up on your own. Purchase it here and select your consultation time and we can discuss from there!
Purchase your new website from the site shop and select whether you’d like just the template or the website setup and hosting. If you decide on the website plan, we will send a ‘Get Started Questionnaire’ where we will gather some information about your website and get started on setting up or migrating your website.

Nope! We are your web host. If you would like to host it yourself you’re welcome to purchase the Elementor template and install the site yourself on your preferred webhost.
We’re happy to talk to you about a custom website! Send us an email at email@example.com and we will set up a meeting to discuss your new website with you.
We will migrate your website over for free if you decide to go with the Website plan.
We will migrate your blog posts over to your new site. Just indicate that you need this done on our Get Started Questionnaire, and we will get it done for you.
We don’t include email in our hosting but we help you out with using GSuite for your business email.
